This Spa Bath is located in the walk-out basement of a four story home. This finished lower level also contains a music room, TV room, large home office and a galley kitchen.  Both the music room and home office can double as guest bedrooms.  Combining the Spa Bath with these other spaces creates a full guest suite with a separate entrance.  This level could easily be converted to an apartment or in-law suite.
